Using our leadership in producing high quality dies, our export capabilities have enabled us to meet customer requirements in two continents, North America and Asia. We have been successful in customising dies for reproduction of car components for the private and commercial car segment, ranging from medium to high-end luxury vehicles.

We produce dies for export for components such as stiff rear panel, floor side panel, stiff brake, upper/lower gutter, rail roof, arch roof, panel dashboard to name a few. These various components are delivered for stamping line completion for selected Nissan and Honda car models.

Strengthen supply chain management with cross-border tracking system allow us to uphold tight delivery schedules, track cargo movement between destinations and monitor progress for every out-bound shipment.

Our export business represents 28 percent of our dies gross turnover, producing an average of 20 – 45 dies per year for car makers in Japan, China and the US.
